Paramedical Institute of Kolkata is a leading training institute for Allied Healthcare courses located in the secure and well-connected IT hub of Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata. Our mission is to develop highly skilled healthcare professionals through quality education, hands-on training, and industry-focused learning.

 

Our training methodology combines structured classroom teaching, well-equipped laboratory sessions, and extensive clinical internships in reputed hospitals and diagnostic centres. This balanced approach enables students to build strong theoretical knowledge while gaining practical experience essential for a successful career in healthcare. In addition to training, we actively support our students with career guidance and placement assistance, helping them secure employment in hospitals, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare organizations.

Established on 10 March 2017 in Jodhpur Park, Kolkata, we were among the first organized healthcare training institutes in West Bengal to offer industry-recognized paramedical certification programmes. In May 2023, we moved to our modern campus in Sector V, Salt Lake, providing students with an enhanced learning environment and improved training facilities. Since our inception, we have trained over 500 students, and today more than 100 students are pursuing various paramedical programmes at our institute.

Our training follows a comprehensive two-stage approach. Students first undergo classroom instruction, laboratory practicals, regular assessments, and examinations to build a solid academic foundation. This is followed by supervised internships in hospitals and diagnostic centres, where they gain valuable hands-on experience in real clinical settings. Depending on their chosen specialization, students learn practical skills such as blood collection for Medical Laboratory Technicians, patient positioning for Radiology Technicians, dialysis procedures, and other essential clinical competencies. Outstanding students may also have opportunities to observe advanced medical procedures, further strengthening their professional knowledge.

 

Our graduates have consistently demonstrated excellent performance in the healthcare sector and are employed across leading hospitals and diagnostic centres. With a placement record of over 90%, we remain committed to empowering students with the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence required to build rewarding careers in the healthcare industry.
